2. Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online or by calling us at 209-409-1521. A confirmation will be provided via email or text.

Rescheduling or Cancellation: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy: If the Client is not available at the scheduled service time and location, Galaxy Cleaning reserves the right to charge the full cost of the service.
3. Pricing and Payment

Estimates: Galaxy Cleaning provides estimates based on the Client’s description of the cleaning needs. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the areas cleaned.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. Invoices may be issued for commercial clients with prior agreement.

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee Galaxy Cleaning strives for Client satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, including scheduling a re-cleaning if deemed necessary.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers

Condition of Property: Galaxy Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, discoloration, or stains that cannot be removed despite our best efforts.

Safety and Access: Clients must ensure that the property is safe and accessible for our technicians. Pets must be secured, and valuable items should be stored safely. Galaxy Cleaning is not liable for damages caused by unsafe conditions or unsecured items.

Force Majeure: Galaxy Cleaning is not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
